The food is incredible and the staff is even better. This is a place that I will go to again and again and again. They season and cook the food better than anywhere else that I have been. Everything tastes fresh. The customer service is outstanding. Each customer is greeted with a smile and seated promptly by the host. The wait staff are courteous, kind, always get the order right, are always smiling and are appropriately attentive.

4 stars for service... they are so prompt they usually top up your glass of water before the tumbler touches the table! That being said the buffet usually does it for me! Their regular menu offerings are pricey while food mediocre.

I have to say, this place was surprisingly DELICIOUS!!! Went for the lunch buffet and was not disappointed at all. The mushrooms... omg. Heavenly!! I'm a vegetarian and they had so many amazing options. The service was so friendly and responsive. I am dreaming of the day we go back!! The dessert carrots were also super yummy. Nice clean atmosphere and great authentic food... can't beat that!!

The portions were small and the meals were very expensive(2 Tiny entree’s, naan, soda= $46.76). They charge exorbitant prices and still you have to pack your own leftovers. I will not be back!

We hadn't been here in years, but we were in the area and decided to try it. The food was absolutely delicious! A bit on the spicy side (for a buffet), but that was just fine with us! The people who worked there could not have been lovlier, which made the whole visit perfect.

Really disappointed, ordered take out today and they gave me the wrong item then claimed I ordered incorrectly. The Naan was soggy and flavorless. I don’t know what happened to this place but I would encourage people to eat anywhere else. I have had better Indian food for a fraction of the price from street vendors.

One of the worst tasting Chicken Tikka Masala and Chicken Tikka I’ve ever had. Both the dishes were completely bland and when we asked the server to make it more authentic, they just put salt on it. Can’t believe I’ve wasted my $70 at this restaurant. It’s better to drive to Danbury or New Haven and spend money there.

My first time here. I came on the recommendation of my daughter who just moved into the area. I had the best chicken curry ever. My daughter, a vegetarian, loves the food. I did take out and the staff was pleasent to deal with. The price is a little higher than in my area but the excellent food is worth the few extra dollars. Don't be fooled by the quaint appearance o. The outside, the dining room looks very warm and inviting. I will definitely travel the 40 miles to have a sit down dinner there.

Our first visit to this restaurant is horrible. Food is horrible. On our second visit, it was even more worse. It was mentioned that the kitchen is closed at 3pm. We were there at 2:35pm. They refused to take orders citing that they are closed by 3pm. The receptionist was rude. When we asked that the time is 2:35pm and why they are not serving, the receptionist said that they performing their duties as asked by the owner of hotel. Never go to this hotel..... Very very bad experience........

A fairly good run-of-the-mill indian restaurant that executes their preparations well. In my personal opinion the food was done very nicely with the highlights being the vegetarian options and the tandoori chicken and naan.... Overall I found the spicing to be a bit milder and tamer than what in was hoping for but as expected in the middle of Fairfield County. Still a solid effort nonetheless

Figured we would give Kloam another try now that they are under new management. The food has improved quite a bit. The chicken tikka masala was very good, same with the vegetable korma. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that they are a bit on pricey side. But if you had a bad expierance under the old owners give them another try.

A year ago I called them to ask if they were open , the guy who answered was very rude . I chose not to go there ever. Fast forward a year later I chose to give kollam food a try and was ready to put my phone experience behind. Horrible food I have ever had in any restaurant. It’s not about one dish not upto the mark. Chicken was hard , no salt or any spices . Every dish I ate was the same very bland! Definitely not Indian food . I wasted my 100 bucks and a Friday evening .. Not recommended at all if u wanna eat Indian food .

We met with friends at this spot for lunch. This place was recommended to us by a friend. Well, we were not disappointed. the staff were so friendly and we had a fantastic feeling. The meal was delicious. We had a great time and we will definitely return to this restaurant. Highly recommended.

The buffet was terrific. 8 dishes to choose from plus soup, salid and a dessert for $12 lunch. I sampled all 8 dishes (some of them twice) and enjoyed each and everyone. They also came to the table with bread and chicken. No wait to get in.

Absolutely THE BEST Indian I have had. 5 star waiting staff service. Very quite and clean. Very affordable. Would highly recommend the tandoori chicken!!! BEST GARLIC NAAN I'VE HAD

The prices aren't cheap, but you get a ton of food for the price, so the per-serving price actually ends up being quite reasonable. The food is also great, and their chicken tikka masala is among the best I've had anywhere in the tristate area. I've placed an order online a few times, and it has always been ready within 15 minutes. The only thing to keep in mind is that they close between lunch (which is always buffet-style) and dinner (which is always sit-down style).

Great food, friendly staff and extensive menu. I had a lamb dish; the meat was very tender and well cooked, the naan fantastic as well. Loss of a star for dated, dark interior.

We enjoy dining on the lunch buffet on a fairly regular basis. The food is always fresh. The decor is cozy but welcoming. Today we had lunch with a friend whose native country of origin is India. She vouched for what I've always suspected. The use traditional whole turmeric, ginger, onions and other fresh ingredients can be detected in the tasty dishes.

This was one of the best experiences I've had at an Indian food restaurant. The prices are so reasonable for the portions and quality of the food. Our server, Jonas, was so good to us. He made friendly conversation with a welcoming smile. I will without a doubt be visiting again and trying the buffet soon!

The food was really good and the service was exceptional! We ordered a lamb dish, a chicken dish and avial (a vegetarian dish). All three were delicious. We also had garlic naan... it was so light and crispy. Over all good place to eat.
